4. Custom & Personalised Posters
Image Requirements: Uploaded images for custom orders must meet our quality and resolution standards. We reserve the right to reject files that do not meet print requirements. We will notify you in such cases before processing.
Rights and Permissions: By uploading images for a custom order, you confirm that you own the image or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it for printing. Poster Witch is not responsible for any copyright violations arising from customer-uploaded content.
Non-Cancellable: Custom and personalised orders are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once placed, as production begins immediately upon order confirmation.

5. Orders and Payments
Order Processing: All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Payment Methods: All payments must be completed at checkout using available payment methods including online payment (UPI, cards, net banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD).
COD Token Amount: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small token amount is required to be paid at the time of order placement to confirm your order. This token amount is adjusted against your total order value at the time of delivery. COD orders without token payment confirmation will not be processed or dispatched.

⚠️ Important for COD Customers: Once a COD order has been dispatched, no cancellation will be accepted under any circumstances. Refusing delivery or returning a dispatched COD order without a valid reason will result in the token amount being forfeited (non-refundable).

6. Shipping Policy
Shipping Locations: We ship across India. International shipping is available upon request. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or additional charges for international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing Time: All orders are printed, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Processing may take slightly longer during sale periods or high-volume periods.
Estimated Delivery Time:

Metros and Tier 1 cities: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch
Tier 2, Tier 3 cities and remote areas: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.
Incorrect Address: Poster Witch is not responsible for failed deliveries, returns, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping address details provided by the customer. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.

7. Cancellation Policy
Customised or Personalised Orders: Strictly non-cancellable once placed. No exceptions will be made as production begins immediately.
Non-Customised Orders: Cancellation requests are accepted only before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
COD Orders: COD orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. Refusing or returning a dispatched COD order will result in forfeiture of the token amount paid.
How to Request Cancellation: To cancel an eligible order (before dispatch only), please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp with your order number.

8. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products. To raise a return request, customers must provide a clear and continuous unboxing video of the sealed package within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted without valid proof will not be accepted.
Refunds are processed strictly as per our Return & Refund Policy. A replacement will be offered first wherever applicable. Refunds will be initiated only in cases where a replacement is not possible.

9. Damaged Packages
If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the parcel and inform our support team immediately. Accepting a visibly damaged parcel without recording an unboxing video may limit your ability to raise a valid claim.

10. Limitation of Liability
Poster Witch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability in any matter related to your order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order.

11. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
