This Shipping and Cancellation Policy explains how order processing, shipping, delivery, and cancellations are handled for purchases made on Poster Witch.

Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Locations

We ship across India. International shipping is available upon request. Shipping rates and delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or additional charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Order Processing Time

Poster Witch operates on a print-on-demand model. All orders are printed, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Processing time may vary slightly during high order volumes, sale periods, or due to design/file-related issues.
3. Shipping Methods

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Available shipping options and applicable charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before order placement.
4. Estimated Delivery Time

Metros and Tier 1 cities: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch
Tier 2, Tier 3 cities and remote areas: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control. Poster Witch is not liable for delays caused by the courier partner.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp containing your tracking details. You can use these to monitor your order status online.
6. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. In case of significant delays, please contact our support team and we will coordinate with the courier partner wherever possible.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Poster Witch is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, returns, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In rare cases where a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately. We will coordinate with the courier partner and assist with a suitable resolution after verification.
9. Important Note on Damaged Packages

If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the parcel and inform our support team immediately. If the package is accepted and the product inside is found to be damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, customers must provide a clear and continuous unboxing video of the sealed package within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made without valid proof may not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy
1. Custom and Personalised Orders

Orders for customised or personalised products — including custom posters, custom split sets, and personalised photo prints — are strictly non-cancellable once placed. No exceptions will be made as production begins immediately upon order confirmation.
2. Non-Customised Orders

Cancellation requests for standard non-customised products are accepted only before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible under any circumstances.
3. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders — Token Amount Required

To confirm and secure COD orders, customers are required to pay a small token amount at the time of order placement. This token amount is adjusted against the total order value at the time of delivery.

⚠️ Important: COD customers cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. If a COD order is refused or returned at delivery without a valid reason, the token amount paid will be non-refundable. This policy exists to ensure genuine orders and prevent unnecessary returns.
